We have been pursuing this goal with great success since 1998 and continue to see great potential for the future in a good training system.
Together with the Rhein-Neckar Chamber of Industry and Commerce, we maintain educational partnerships with schools in the vicinity of our company because we believe that direct contact with working life reduces distances, creates a willingness to learn and motivation that are beneficial for the development of young people and open up opportunities for them to pursue career prospects.
We train
Industrial clerk
Industrial goods must not only be manufactured, but also sold. Industry requires a wide variety of materials, raw materials, machinery, and labor for production. The means of production are purchased, organized, and managed. The finished products are advertised, sold, and the sales market is secured. This includes planning and controlling production, implementing customer orders, cost accounting, calculations, financial accounting, invoicing and dunning, sales, and shipping. You will negotiate with customers, banks, advertising professionals, representatives, authorities, and wholesalers and retailers. You can learn all of this with us, provided you bring a lot of ambition, a willingness to learn, an ability to accept criticism, and motivation.

We're talking about technological challenges. During your apprenticeship at APINEX, you'll be trained to manufacture specialty tools in the high-end sector for plastics processing. This requires a great deal of ambition, a willingness to learn, an open mind, and motivation on your part.

During their apprenticeship at APINEX, they are trained to produce plastic parts with the highest precision, sometimes even pushing the boundaries of what is possible. This requires a great deal of ambition, a willingness to learn, critical thinking, and motivation on their part.

To ensure product quality, materials testers examine plastics and intermediate products for their composition, structure, and properties. Materials testers know how materials should behave depending on the stress they are subjected to. They take samples, conduct chemical, physical, and technical tests, and document the results. They work with state-of-the-art technology and innovative processes.
To put it simply: They are the modern-day detectives. "CSI" goes on the hunt for criminals, and in the same meticulous way, a materials tester investigates the behavior of certain materials under specific conditions and finds solutions for consistently processing materials well to meet our high customer demands.
