Project planning

Based on a detailed analysis of your needs, all essential project parameters, such as the material to be used and the properties of the product, are planned and coordinated.
Quality assurance measures and intermediate steps are also agreed upon in a binding manner. The project planning is complete. Your project is underway – and will be continuously monitored.

Quality planning

Precise planning for perfect quality. Your project is planned and executed on an APQP basis. As part of the manufacturability analysis, we not only examine the technical feasibility but also conduct a comprehensive analysis of the costs across the entire process.
 

Construction

Our goal is to offer you the highest levels of process reliability, precision, and efficiency – both in the design of injection molding and stamping tools and in the development of all production equipment. In the injection molding area, the ideal material flow to and within the tool is simulated using state-of-the-art software and continuously optimized to find the best process flow for your product. If your process also requires stamping tools or automated devices for holding or packaging the plastic parts, these are developed in parallel to ensure perfect interaction and smooth production.

Toolmaking

The toolmaking department is a state-of-the-art competence center, equipped with the latest technologies. Approved design data is transferred directly to CAM workstations via an internal network and from there forwarded to computer-controlled machines in the fully air-conditioned toolmaking area. After precise measurements, production samples are created that allow the tool's performance to be verified using original plastic parts. The tool then undergoes comprehensive testing and pre-production to ensure that all internal and external requirements are met. After successful testing, internal approval for series production is granted. State-of-the-art measuring machines ensure the highest precision. The entire process is seamlessly integrated into the management system and is continuously supported and monitored by the ERP system and project management.

Production

Our production capacities are designed for the efficient production of pre-production, small-scale, and large-scale series, allowing us to offer flexible solutions for a wide range of requirements. We produce plastic parts using state-of-the-art technology for industries such as automotive, telecommunications, electronics, household appliances, and medical technology. We use all-electric injection molding machines and high-speed removal robots, which enable automatic and precise removal and cavity-separated packaging directly at the machine. The use of complex, interlinked production and automation units, such as punch presses, laser cutting, and assembly units, ensures cost- and quality-optimized production of your products or assemblies. The entire production process is monitored by a modern ERP system and other IT-supported systems to ensure consistently high process reliability and efficiency.
Thanks to highly qualified specialists, regular quality controls and state-of-the-art testing technologies such as internal pressure sensors, temperature sensors and camera testing, the quality of your products is always guaranteed.
